Client Focused Service
At MHR Belfast, we understand the distress and trauma that comes with Hair Loss of any kind. We meet with each client in an initial consultation to listen and discuss their individual treatment options and with the client, we design a bespoke package to meet their needs.
Our clients individual requirements and feelings are of utmost importance, which is why we also have a text service, which one of our MHR Belfast Experts will be monitoring outside of our opening hours.
Hair Loss is not 9 to 5. Some clients want to discuss their hair loss issues with us outside of their office / work hours in the privacy of their own home. We will do our best to accommodate clients life circumstances and respond to urgent concerns as soon as we can.
Confidentiality
Hair loss is an extremely personal event to happen to anyone. At MHR Belfast, we recognise that client confidentiality is key to our service especially in a place like Northern Ireland where everyone knows everyone!
We will NEVER discuss or disclose a clients case with another client or a third party.
We will NEVER upload pictures on our website or Instagram, unless consent is given.
We will ALWAYS respect a clients right to discretion and anonimity.
When choosing our premises, we considered the fact that some clients don’t want anyone to know they are attending a hair loss clinic for an appointment. Our office is accessible either through a public entrance at the front of the multi office building or a private rear entrance door for our office only.
Expertise
Both our MHR Belfast Experts have over 25 years combined experience in the hair loss industry having trained in Dublin and Belfast.
Eamonn Henry works predominantly with Laser Hair Therapy clients, Hair Transplant clients (including their aftercare). Eamonn will take clients through their hair loss journey and manage expectations for the end of their treatment. He is on hand during appointments to further discuss your hair regrowth progress.
For Hair Transplant clients, Eamonn transports and accompanies those clients from our Belfast office to our sister clinic in Grafton Street, Dublin for surgery, to be onhand to support our client for their procedure.
Margaret Donnelly is responsible for the Hair Fusion side of the business and is a fully Qualified Hair Loss Stylist. Margaret will assess hair styles and colouring with our Hair Fusion clients to understand their desired outcome. Our Hair Fusion salon has a strict one client per appointment policy.
Support
At MHR Belfast, no hair loss issue or query is considered to be insignificant. Our Clients hair confidence and hair health is at the core of our business mission.
We want our customers to feel relaxed in our office / salon and create an environment where clients can discuss anything with us so we can build trust to allow them to action our Experts advice. We treat every client respectfully and we are always onhand should they have a specific hair loss query or need support or advice regarding hair loss or their hair treatment.
As part of the hair loss journey with MHR Belfast, clients will be assigned one of our Hair Loss Experts for the duration of their hair loss journey, so each client has a consistent point of contact. Your Expert will be on hand for questions, support and advice.
We are happy for clients to be as relaxed with our Experts as they can be, especially when it comes to arranging appointments or making contact about any queries. We are happy for clients to call, text, email or DM us via social media anytime and we will get back to you as soon as we are free to.
